What happens at the start of a film?

 In the beginning of a film, you should expect music which usually describes best how the film will be like and the events of the film. For example, fast music (action) slow music(romance,emotion) and bells or jingle music (Christmas). You should the see the film industry of who made the film and the actors who will be the main characters starring in the film. The main characters are either introduced through subtitles or visuals. You should also expect an establishing shot and the setting/location of the movie.

Lastly, you should expect a story line and a film indent to know what the film is about straight away. Another thing that you should expect that isn't necessarily in all films is a narrator which is sometimes the main character.
